Kane is a seasoned all round business adviser based in Melbourne, Australia. He worn many hats in his career: accountant, content creator, outsourcer, author, SMSF expert, photographer, animator, tax consultant, video maker, online marketer and producer. This range of knowledge and skills across finance, technology, art and soft skills has allowed him to manage multi-disciplinary projects to provide unique solutions to clients from the ‘highest of high end firms’ to the ‘smallest of long tail SMEs’ and most things in between. He built the outsourcing capability at “Moore Stephens Melbourne(now Shinewing Australia)” and then nationally for “Deloitte Private”. The richness of his “Outsourcing” experience is a real ‘asset’ for “Win-Win” and its credibility!

Vengatesh Kumar fondly known as “Gates” is a Post Graduate in Accounting & Taxation; MBA Finance having 14+ years of experience in the field of International Accounting & Taxation. Having served in the Outsourcing industry for the whole of his career for Countries like USA, UK & Australia, he knows what works and how to make it work. Throughout his career, he led many teams across the above said countries and widely regarded as one of the ‘pilot’ Specialist to launch any new team; manages ‘teething issues’ in a best possible way and transforms the new team into highly productive team in a quickest span of time.
